Axon Diameter Fitting Info

The directory "AxonDiameterFitting" includes the following 6 files, used to fit axon diameter with ActiveAx in Andersson et al. 2020:

  1. "ActiveAx_exvivo_E3429_MID_13A-3-1-4-1_b9686_13B0_N68.nii.gz"
    Raw whole-brain Diffusion MRI of vervet monkey brain. Dimensions: [128 256 100], isotropic voxel size: 0.5 mm.

  2. "SchemeFiles/ActiveAx_exvivo_E3429_MID_13A-3-1-4-1_b9686_13B0_N68_Scheme.txt"
    The Pulsed Gradient Spin Echo protocol used to obtain File 1, in Stejskal-Tanner format. SI units are used. The columns are organised as follows:
