Tractography Info

The directory "Tractography" includes the following 2 files, used to perform tractography on the inter hemispheric V1 connection in Andersson et al. 2020:

1. "ActiveAx_exvivo_b3151_16N0_N87.nii"
   Raw whole-brain Diffusion MRI volume of vervet monkey brain. Dimensions: [128 256 100], isotropic voxel size: 0.5 mm.
   
   
2. "ActiveAx_exvivo_b3151_16B0_N87_Scheme.txt"
   The Pulsed Gradient Spin Echo protocol used to obtain File 1, in Stejskal-Tanner format. SI units are used. The columns are organised as follows:
