Axon Voxel Indices Info

For each axon, there is a voxel index list in the directory "AxonVoxelIndices" that specifies the voxels within a volume occupied by a particular axon. The image volume is an X-ray Nano Holotomography volume from a sample of the Vervet monkey splenium. It is of dimensions 2048 x 2048 x 2048 voxels with an isotropic voxel size of 75 nm.

The list of indices is organised into [N x 3] elements, where the N rows represent the number of points and the three columns represent the [x, y, z] coordinates.
There is one .txt file per axon.
